Deliveries and returns
Delivery Policy:
We will deliver to any country in the world. Heck, we’d even deliver into space if those NASA folks didn’t have a monopoly on lunar safety equipment. Our website calculates delivery charges to anywhere in South Africa but for all other countries these charges have to be calculated at our offices. We have made ordering online as simple and convenient as possible but it is very important to double check products and quantities when your order is confirmed by FTS Safety at the checkout.
Exchanges & Returns Policy:
We are aware that ordering over the internet can be a little tricky sometimes and that, from time to time, goods ordered may need to be exchanged or returned. If the item doesn’t fit or the staff no longer work for you or for other reasons, you may need to send the goods ordered back to us. If you do, please note we offer a full money-back guarantee less the transport costs.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange the goods you have ordered (swop what you ordered for something else !) then send them back and let us know what sizes or other details you now require. You pay to send the goods back to us but we will meet you half way and send the exchanged items back to you at our expense. You just need to ensure that the goods reach us within 7 (seven) days of you having received your order and that they are returned with their original packaging and as new. Please also provide a copy of the original invoice and a reason for the return. We will make the exchange straightaway !
Returns
If you need to return the goods to us (you no longer want the goods and would prefer your money back) and providing they reach us within 7 (seven) days of your receiving the order originally, we will refund the full value of the invoice excluding transport costs. We will pay the money back to you straightaway !
Damaged Goods Policy:
Our products are as tough as they come but, once in a while, even the toughest products can’t stand the beating of a nationwide transit. If in the rare event that your order has been damaged during delivery, or the security seal is damaged, please open the box(es) in front of the courier company. If anything is damaged or missing then sign accordingly on the delivery note when receiving the goods, give the goods back to the courier company and they will return the goods to us. Then call us on 0861 FTSAFE to report the problem and we will sort it out from there.
